About Zoey Ko
Zoey Ko is a writer, collage illustrator and the founder of Books for Dreamers.
She has dreamed of becoming a writer ever since she was a child. Today, she writes children’s books, fiction and non-fiction, bringing together her love of storytelling, art and real-life experiences.
As an illustrator, Zoey works with hand-painted paper and collage, creating artwork that feels playful, tactile and unique.
She finds inspiration in nature, everyday life, people, places and the stories we collect along the way. Her work moves between imagination and real experience, with curiosity always at the heart of what she creates.
Zoey is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, where she lives with her husband and son. When she’s not writing or creating art, she loves drinking coffee on quiet mornings, taking long walks in nature, and simply enjoying the little moments in life.
